RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

7-DAY EASY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7-day easy return policy on all products purchased from gigtechindia.com. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in unused and brand-new condition.
- The product must be returned with its original sealed packaging, instruction manual, warranty cards, and accessories (if any).
- Any product that is scratched, used, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or different product, or if there are missing accessories, you must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share an unboxing video and images of the parcel to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Follow these simple steps to return your product:
STEP 1: CHECK
- Ensure the product is unworn and unused.
- Verify that the original brand tags, packaging, and all accessories are intact.
STEP 2: PACK
- Place the product along with its original packaging and accessories in a secure box.
- Attach the return address (emailed to you by our team) on the package.
STEP 3: HANDOVER
- We will arrange a courier pickup from your location. Simply hand over the package to the courier agent.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pincode, you may ship the package using your preferred courier service. In such cases, a credit note of ₹100 will be issued to your Gigtechindia account for the shipping cost.
REFUND PROCESS
- Upon receiving the returned shipment, our Quality Check (QC) team will inspect the product.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For online payments (credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet): Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be credited as a Gift Voucher to your Gigtechindia account.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Customized Products: Items that are personalized or customized as per customer instructions are not eligible for return or refund.
- Documentation: Returns must be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and Invoice Copy.
- Condition of Return: Products must be in a brand-new, unused, and scratch-free condition. Any product showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
- Exchange Policy: For exchanges, the customer must pay any difference in price between the old and new product before dispatch.
- Cancellation by gigtechindia: Orders may be cancelled before shipment due to:
- Product being out of stock.
- Delay in shipping beyond the specified timeline.
- Non-serviceable shipping address.
